Neptune Passage Planning software is a companion to your digital or paper charts and provides uncluttered computing power for the navigator. Central to this software are tide and tidal stream prediction routines using inbuilt tidal data with wind overlay, polar plots, course over ground predictions, GPS Track plot & waypoint editor, no sail areas on screen, also an outline passage plan and log for SOLAS compatibility. Within a few mouse clicks you can plan multi-leg routes, work out optimum departure times, cross check your manual calculations (Neptune will display a vector plot for the calculated leg) and will also calculate and display the reference ports tide times for the selected day; all without opening an almanac.

Neptune Passage Planner uses vectorised charts (derived from Admiralty data) and provide you with coast line, zero metre contour, prominent features and tidal stream vectors which are continuously displayed on the screen. With a GPS connected through the serial port of your PC you can plot your water track and use the program as an incredibly versatile waypoint manager.

Neptune Passge Planner comes with a demo chart of the English Channel-Central Part, additional charts are sold in a portfolio of approximately 10 charts (Currently £25.00 per Folio).
