This hand coloured chart of St. Ives is reproduced as a limited edition of 200. The harbour was surveyed in by Captain Williams in 1848 although this chart is based on the edition first published in 1856.

An inset shows the tricky coast of Land's End and the Longships lighthouse.

Captain Williams had surveyed in the North Sea and the Mediterranean, but spent most of his later years in command of surveys in the southwest of England.

The others in the series are Penzance, Fowey and Padstow. They are sure to become a collectors item and in the meantime will be a great talking point when framed and hanging at home.
