This hand coloured chart of Penzance is reproduced as a limited edition of 200. The harbour was surveyed in by Captain Williams in 1851 and published in 1854 with small corrections made in 1857.

Captain Williams had surveyed in the North Sea and the Mediterranean, bu spent most of his later years in command of surveys in the southwest of England.

The others in the series are St. Ives, Fowey and Padstow. They are sure to become a collectors item and in the meantime will be a great talking point when framed and hanging at home.
