Best known for his series of pilots covering the Caribbean and his range of charts surveyed from his enginless yawl 'Iolair' built in 1905. Don Street has also written widely on all aspects of sailing and seamanship and with over 300,000 miles under his keel he has a lot to say. His writing is humorous, opinionated and very enjoyable to read.

First published in 1979 and now available with added thoughts and comments from the author this is a great read and most of what he says is still true today. Everyone can learn from Don Street. PB. 331 pages.
