This standard Admiralty paper chart is for plotting journeys along and through the English Rivers Colne & Blackwater. Though both rivers belong to the ceremonial county of Essex, Colne is not a tributary of Blackwater or any other river; instead it has an estuary that joins the sea near Brightlingsea.
The River Blackwater has two major tributaries: the River Brain, which meets it just south of Witham, and the River Chelmer, which meets it just west of Maldon. Around this point you can also see Osea island, which sits on the Blackwater Estuary just North of Steeple.

It would have been better if the chart had been just rolled up rather than rolled and folded as we want to put it up on the wall. The fold leaves a crease mark

As all of our Admiralty Charts are now Printed On Demand (the latest edition of charts when you order them), we can no longer refund the full cost of your order if you wish to return it. We will refund 40% of your order total in order to cover our costs.
