What are your business hours?

We are open from 9.00 am to 17.30 pm, from Monday to Saturday. We are closed for Christmas and the New Year holidays and bank holidays.

Can you send books and charts by post?

Yes, we send items all over the world.

What about VAT?

Books are zero rated in the UK. Other items attract VAT at 17.5%.

How do I pay if I do not have a Credit Card?

If you live within the UK or have a UK Bank or Building Society Account you can pay by cheque. We also accept UK Postal Orders and Book Tokens.

How do I pay if I live overseas and do not have a Credit Card?

If you live outside the UK you can pay by a Bank Draft drawn in Sterling on a British Bank. You will have to purchase this from your local bank, and they charge a fee for the service. Please post this to us at the address below. It may be cheaper to purchase a Sterling Giro Cheque from your Post Office.

Can I pay by inter-bank transfer?

Yes. Please provide your bank with the details below, and instruct them to mark the payment 'Advise payee by post'.
