Correct chart delivered on time.
Good afternoon Lesley, thank you very much for your feedback. We take sustainability very seriously and as such, buy absolutely no packaging apart from cardboard and tape (we are looking for a suitable watertight alternative to the tape). The rest of the packaging is saved from stock that we have incoming, so the bubble wrap, instead of being binned, was reused. The box was also re-used. The polystyrene chips that you see, are in fact made of potato starch and if you drop one into a cup of water, you can watch it dissolve! I had a similar reaction when we first received the chips in a delivery to us and was delighted to discover that they are natural. Although we don't like that bubble wrap is still about, we feel that by reusing it we are at least keeping it out of landfill. I hope that this explains our packaging. We have upgraded our tubes based on feedback we have received and they are now thicker however, I guess that although now rare, they can become damaged in transit. Good morning, Thank you for taking the time to offer feedback. I'm so sorry to hear that the tube arrived bent. We have reviewed our packaging recently and based on feedback, upgraded our tubes to thicker ones, but I'm guessing that although now rare, they do still sometimes get damaged. I understand that when framing, dry mounting the chart onto backing usually sorts out the problem and would welcome your news of the result.
